Refund policy

You can return an item bought online for any reason within 7 days from the day you received it, as long as it is unworn, unwashed, free from marks and retains all original packaging & labeling. All forms of undergarments and swimwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Returns can be made in store or via courier (delivery fee applies) for an exchange or store credit. Refunds are only given in line with your statutory rights.
